Litigation lawyers in Bengaluru
Civil, criminal, commercial and consumer disputes, from the first notice to the final hearing, at the trial and appellate stage.
Overview
Pursuing, defending and resolving disputes
We represent clients in civil, commercial, consumer, revenue, property, criminal, labour and employment disputes, at the trial stage and in appeals. We appear before the High Court of Karnataka and the civil, criminal, family and labour courts, consumer commissions and tribunals in Bengaluru.
Before we file anything, we look at whether a dispute can be settled, through a well-drafted notice, negotiation or mediation. When a case has to be fought, we prepare it thoroughly and keep you informed at every hearing. Matters outside Bengaluru are handled with associate counsel, so you do not have to find a new lawyer.

Questions
Common questions
General information only. For advice on your situation, please speak to us.
How long does a civil case take in Bengaluru?
It depends on the type of case, the court and how the other side responds. Some matters settle within months; contested suits can take a few years. We give you a realistic estimate after reviewing your papers, and look for faster routes such as mediation where they fit.
What should I do if I receive a legal notice?
Do not ignore it, and do not reply without advice. Note the date you received it, keep the envelope, and bring the notice to us. Many notices set a deadline, and a careful reply can prevent or shape later litigation.
Can you help with bail or anticipatory bail?
Yes. We handle bail and anticipatory bail applications before the Magistrate and Sessions Courts and the High Court of Karnataka, along with petitions to quash FIRs and complaints where the law allows.
