Hemanth S is a litigator and an advisor on property, real estate, corporate and employment matters. He leads the firm and personally oversees every matter it takes on.
He appears before the High Court of Karnataka, civil and criminal courts, the Family Court, Labour Courts, consumer commissions and tribunals, in civil, commercial, criminal, property, employment, labour, consumer, matrimonial, custody, arbitration and intellectual property disputes.
His advisory work covers drafting and reviewing commercial, employment and real estate agreements, negotiating software and other contracts, title verification and legal opinions, and legal, property, labour and corporate due diligence. He has also conducted mediations, conciliations and settlements that resolved disputes without long litigation.
He is supported by a team of advocates who work with him on each matter.
